home for the holidays
This semester has been incredible. I have met so many amazing people and experienced so many new things. I knew all along that Temple and I would be really good pals. Sometimes I still find myself surprised that I made it into the music school here. It really is an honor to be working and learning with such talented musicians. All that being said, I have a few things that I want to say.
I want to say that I did well on my exams, but I don’t want to jump the gun before I get the grades back.
I want to say that I am excited to go home, because I certainly am, but I am actually sad that I am leaving, even if it is only for 17 days. What can I say, Philadelphia and I are sort of in love.

I also want to say that winter is my favorite time of year, and I have a feeling that this Christmas is going to be a white Christmas. I love snow. I love Christmas. I love lamp. On a final note, if you have not heard the music of Sufjan Stevens, then I recommend that you check out his music. I have been listening to his “Songs For Christmas” album nonstop. His music fills me with so much joy. The box set includes a poster, stickers, and a booklet with all the lyrics and chords so you can both sing along with the music, and play your guitar too!

Goodbye fall semester.
Hello month long break!
